Dr. Prophet Elmore P. Martin

Born in a small town in Antigua, Prophet Elmore P. Martin was raised in a family where faith, education, and service were deeply rooted values. From an early age, he exhibited spiritual depth, compassion for others, and a natural ability to lead. During his years at Princess Margaret Secondary School, he excelled academically and developed a strong passion for the Word of God and the principles of righteous leadership.

Answering the call to ministry, Prophet Martin pursued formal theological and leadership training at CICA International University and Seminary, where he obtained a Bachelor’s degree of Ministry, and a Master’s degree in Strategic Leadership and Management. His commitment to spiritual growth and academic excellence culminated in a Doctorate of Divinity from the same institution—further equipping him to lead with wisdom, vision, and prophetic authority.

In addition to his degrees, Prophet Martin holds a Certificate of Ordination to the Ministry and to the Office of the Prophets, and is a Certified Chaplain, affirming his preparation to serve in both spiritual and community-centered roles.

Throughout his journey, he has served in various capacities, including leadership roles in Youth for Christ, where he mentored and discipled young believers. His graduate research focused on the integration of faith and organizational leadership—an approach that continues to define his dynamic ministry style, blending prophetic insight with practical application.

Today, Prophet Elmore Martin is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Clouds of Glory Ministries, a prophetic and apostolic ministry based in Antigua and Barbuda. Grounded in biblical truth and led by the Holy Spirit, the ministry has become a wellspring of healing, deliverance, and transformation for individuals across the Caribbean and beyond.

Prophet Martin is widely recognized for his integrity, bold preaching, and his unwavering commitment to restoring lives through the power of God’s Word. His vision is clear: to equip believers, reach the brokenhearted, and advance the Kingdom of God with excellence and compassion.

Dr. Joycelyn Yolanda-Martin

Born in the peaceful village of Christian Hill, Yolanda—as she is affectionately known—was raised in a home deeply grounded in faith and reverence for God, lovingly nurtured by her parents, the late Edgar and Morvelle Joseph. At the age of fourteen, she accepted the Lord Jesus Christ as her Savior while attending the Methodist Church in Bethesda. That moment marked the beginning of a lifelong journey of unwavering faith, spiritual service, and quiet strength.

A scholar and devoted servant of the Lord, Yolanda graduated with honors in 2000 from the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill Campus in Barbados. Her passion for the Word led her to complete the Jerry Savelle Bible Correspondence School in 2011, followed by graduation from the Lay Preachers Theological Course under the General Assembly of the Church of God Antigua in 2015.

In recognition of her faithful service and continued theological study, First Lady Yolanda Martin has also obtained her Doctorate of Divinity, further affirming her calling and equipping her for greater spiritual leadership within the body of Christ.

Today, she serves faithfully alongside her husband, Prophet Elmore P. Martin, as co-pastor and ministry partner of Clouds of Glory Ministries. Together, they minister with a shared vision rooted in biblical truth, transformation, and the advancing of God’s kingdom throughout Antigua and beyond. Lady Yolanda is known for her graceful presence, depth of spiritual insight, and her unwavering commitment to empowering women and families through prayer, teaching, and mentorship.
